Job Duties
- Develop tailored demo and presentations to showcase the product’s relevance to specific client needs. Serve as a technical authority on products, provide in-depth knowledge during client interactions
- Offer Cloud pre-sales / post-sales support by addressing technical queries and ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation
- Provide technical training, technical support, and product adoption for customers in line with pre-sales, post-sales and the renewal processes
- Work with sales and customer success teams to understand a cusomer’s IT operations environment to provide recommendations and best practices
- Manage the preparation and submission of technical proposals in response to RFPs, showcase a deep understanding of customer requirements and the ability to align product offerings accordingly
- Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve any technical issues promptly. Manage key client relationships strategically to drive account growth and satisfaction
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs and product capabilities. Develop training for clients for developers and administration of product to facilitate self-service and efficient product utilization
- Establish a structured feedback loop between clients and internal development teams to drive continuous product improvement. Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and customize software solutions accordingly
- Seek and incorporate customer feedback into the product development lifecycle. Facilitate effective communication between sales, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience
- Ensure that the implemented solutions were effective and optimize to meet the client’s expectations.
