We are looking for a talented Generative AI Developer with a strong background in computer science, machine learning, and large language models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions, integrate natural language processing workflows, and optimize data pipelines for real-world applications. This role requires hands-on expertise in Python, AI/ML frameworks, and cloud environments, along with the ability to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs for reliability and performance.
Job Duties
- Design and develop generative AI solutions using large language models (LLMs) and machine learning techniques.
- Build and optimize AI models and NLP workflows using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Implement and manage data pipelines and database-driven workflows for AI model development.
- Integrate AI capabilities into applications via REST APIs for practical deployment.
- Evaluate and improve model performance through systematic testing, validation, and analysis.
- Conduct code reviews and assess AI-generated software outputs for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to engineering principles.
- Collaborate with teams to refine AI-assisted development workflows and improve automated programming systems.
- Utilize Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
- Deploy AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS) ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Apply technical problem-solving skills to enhance system design, data management, and AI workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP, and LLMs.
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, and Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of data pipelines, SQL, and big data analytics.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud computing and Docker.
- Experience with Git/GitHub for collaborative development.
- Background in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and UI/UX design is a plus.
Requirements: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Engg or related stream.
