Full Stack Developer

Job Duties

• Design, build, and deliver reliable, efficient, and maintainable software using modern programming languages and frameworks for comprehensive management and optimization of our Atlassian suite, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity across the organization
• Create practical solutions that meet real-world needs. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA team to define requirements, shape technical specs, and roll out impactful features that make a difference to users.
• Manage and maintain the full suite of Atlassian tools including Bitbucket, confluence, and JIRA to ensure they run smoothly, stay reliable, and deliver a great experience for teams across the organization
• Review and optimize our JIRA and confluence setups to keep them scalable, efficient, and aligned with the evolving needs of different departments Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls in JIRA to strengthen security and ensure everything complies with internal policies and standards
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code is a top priority. Follow best practices an take part in design conversations and code reviews to ensure that the software build is high-quality, performs well, and stands that test of time
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across environments, resolving problems to keep everything running smoothly. Integrate third party services and APIs to enhance product functionality
• Customize and enhance JIRA to improve user experience and team productivity by building reports, dashboards, and automations, and setting up projects and workflows tailored to each teams needs
• Streamline collaboration by integrating JIRA with tools like Bitbucket and GitHub, making it easier to track deployments and resolve issues
• Use Java for backend scripting, plugin development, and connecting JIRA with DevOps tools for realtime monitoring and insights
• On the DevOps side, manage version control, write deployment scripts, and setup CI/CD pipelines using tools like Bitbucket, and GitHub actions
