Software Developer

Job Duties

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce configuration tools
• Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and middleware tools.
• Gather business requirements, create technical specifications, design architecture diagrams, and convert functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Implement enterprise-grade security framework including profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, encryption standards, and compliance controls.
• Lead CI/CD automation, build deployment pipelines using GitHub, Copado, Gearset, and perform release management, code reviews, and production support.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, enforce best practices, review code, and support Agile/Scrum delivery processes.
